Underwater vehicle design services

Every design starts with solution requirements. These must be exhaustive, complete and accurate to minimize redesign cycles and avoid costly re-development of protypes. We guide you through the process and our extensive experience assures all relevant aspects are addressed and considered. The deliverables comprise CAD designs and performance simulations of vehicle constructions, propulsion system, control electronics and battery power systems.

Technologies applied

We use state of the art CAD and numerical simulation tools when designing solution components. This way the design is extensivelty tested in verified prior manufacturing of prototypes begin. We mostly work with aluminium, technical plastics such as POM-C and composites when creating vehicle chasis. When it comes to battery packs we handle various chemistries, from Li Ion, through  NiMH to LiFPO4 as each chemistry has its own application advantages. Surely we provide charging and controlling technologies. Excellency of our porpulsion system design comes not only from optimal choice of  propeller geometry, and electromotor design, but also from careful consideration and management of water flow through the system.
